• In making a booking, you agree that: Visiting dog(s) at Barker’s unleashed will be accompanied by their owner(s) at all times.
• Your dogs are healthy and inoculations are up to date .
• Visiting dogs will not be let off the lead in the parking area.
• You will be responsible for picking up poo after your dog. If you fail to do so you will be banned . A poo bin is provided .
• Cancellation policy…  If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your booked slot, regrettably there will be no refund.( Except in exceptional circumstances )
• You are responsible for your own (and your dog’s) safety and agree to use the field at your own risk.
• If your dog or any dogs in your household are unwell you will cancel your slot and re-book for no sooner than 48hours later .
• You are using the space for personal, recreational use only. (For commercial clients contact us)
• All half /hour slots start on the half/hour
• You will be courteous of other dog owners and wait until they have left the site before getting out of your car.
• If you arrive late you must still leave on time , call us, and if the next slot is not booked you can stay on. Anyone who overstays more than three times will be banned .
• If you arrive early you must stay in your car until the other person vacates.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• It’s a NO SMOKING area .
• Take all rubbish away with you .
• You have exclusive use
• Please inform me if you give your appointment to somebody else, we will need a contact number.
• If you decide to cut your appointment short or do not turn up without informing me you will still be charged for the full session booked.
• by confirming the payment it means you have accepted all above terms and conditions.

This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the hirer accepts that the Landowner maintains control and possession of the Dog Exercise Field at all times.

Use of the Field shall be entirely at the hirer’s own risk. The Landowner accepts no liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by the hirer during the use of the Field.
